Web/Digital Copy

Words that make a website work.

A website is sometimes the first real conversation a brand has with its audience. Other times, a website serves as validation. I write web copy that's clear, purposeful, and built around what the reader actually needs to know, while balancing your needs.

Medicare Member Journey

Medicare is one of the most confusing decisions people face at 65+. I wrote a multi-page content system within a larger healthcare website that guides prospective members from the first questions they need to answer about enrollment – to what’s required to change medicare plans. I did all this in clear, plain-language copy focused on what people actually need to know.

Voting laws: What do I need to show to vote?

Every state is different when it comes to voting requirements, so how do you find out what you need to vote? I worked on creating voter guides for individuals seeking fact-based, neutral information about their state's voting laws and other voting-related information. I accomplished this by creating succinct, no-nonsense copy. The result? People were able to feel confident voting in their county and state.
